Connecting with leaders as I travel and spread the message of wellness is truly an honor. It so important for us to have self awareness of our strengths and hurdles as we navigate through our daily lives.
Ennegram is one of my favorite tools for this. I want to equip some Enneagram 1 leaders today. Enneagram 1’s are the reformers and perfectionists. To address your natural inclination to overperform, overproduce, and really…burnout, be sure to protect your mental health and wellness. Do so by relaxing into a daily ritual of some kind. Something you can look forward to every day that is just for yourself to quiet your mind. It helps us stay centered, calm, and focused on our most valuable priorities.
I’m also looking forward to speaking at the Texas Association Concerned with School Age Parenthood Annual Conference this week. Would love to see you there. I’ll be connecting with local and state health professionals about reducing risk for teenage pregnancy through wellness strategies.
