Doing work-life well.

Have you noticed that the tone of each week during the COVID response is changing?  We started off with blissful ignorance and in many cases continued to go on about our usual lives, even traveling by plane or taking one last cruise.  We then got a little cautious, but not overly anxious about life since we were still going to work and still had carpool commitments.

Then the announcements started.  We were optimistic about how long we’d be sheltering-in-home.  Maybe a couple weeks.  We have now realized, this is getting real, it could be awhile.  We are scheduling grocery pickups and deliveries for necessities.  And, we’ve evolved from joyous virtual DJ experiences to fatigue and overwhelm about working from home and managing our kids’ education at the same time.

As a work-from-home wife and mom, I understand.  Let’s stay hopeful.  This is all temporary.  The sooner we all comply and stay home, the better.  I crafted the Wellthy Academy to support accomplished women with work-life wellness.  It was a long time in the making and goes live today.  Wellthy is a four-step system to advance in career and life in a balanced and burnout-free way. It was a pleasure to pull together this online mentoring experience to support you in doing work-life well.

I’m grateful to offer this resource during these critical times as our lives have been turned upside down.  So many of us are facing overwhelm and uncertainty concerning keeping up all these responsibilities.  We all have to cope in these current times the best way that works for us.  You can do it.  We’re all in this together.
