Cheers to hanging out more in real life (IRL!) and on video! There’s a season to work in wellness and a season to write about it. Sometimes one can do both. Right now, I am spending my time being very intentional about connecting IRL with you in Wellthy Academy and joining critical live conversations on wellness via webinars and press interviews.
I’m also supporting ladies who want to share their own mission with the world right now, and visiting with you on Live Well, the podcast. Live Well is a passion project that was delivered during this critical time of the pandemic. The awesome thing about passion projects is that they ebb and flow with your current goals. We have plans to wrap up Season 1 when we hit 13 episodes and we know it will live on. We can’t wait to connect in that space again as the appropriate times arise.
I’m loving the real-time conversations I’m having on Insta. I’m also getting creative as I expand my wellness mission to include clean beauty. We recently received a $10,000 gift and I must be a good steward of our wellness mission. My team and I get to elevate the skincare conversation to engage bold, conscious multicultural women on their wellness journeys and offer non-inflammatory, plant-based products. This gift will also cover an amazing project on fibroid risk reduction, so stay tuned!
I will return to write in another season, and in the meantime, you have the vault of prior posts and a search function. I want you to remain connected via the real life wellness work that I continue to dive into daily. And please, shop the library when you get a chance to help support my continued women’s wellness mission.
I have learned some amazing lessons along the way, which includes evolving your approach to meet current needs, and right now, I’m being drawn out into the field. Give yourself grace, freedom to change, freedom to evolve, freedom to fail, freedom to start something new, freedom to have flexibility. Stay on mission, on purpose. I’m still very much active and working, so I know I’ll see you soon.
